Brown’s Hotel, part of the Rocco Forte Hotels group, is London’s first hotel, opening in 1832 on Albemarle Street, Mayfair. A prestigious landmark since its debut, it blends local character with world-class hospitality. Situated in the heart of Mayfair, guests enjoy:

Your Key Responsibilities
As the Groups & Events Coordinator at Brown’s Hotel, you’ll be a driving force for our events business. This proactive role requires a highly-organised, hospitality-passionate professional who excels in a client-focused environment. Core duties include:

- Managing the full cycle of group bookings and event coordination
- Collaborating with Sales, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Operations Teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Tailoring bespoke solutions to meet client needs
- Driving revenue growth through upselling opportunities
- Maintaining accurate event records and cross-departmental communication
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating the Events Services Team to meet targets
Who We Are Looking For

- Proven industry experience in grouped events or sales
- Superior skills in communication, organisation, and leadership
