Groups & Events Sales Manager at The Cadogan
As a Groups & Events Sales Manager at The Cadogan, you will join our vibrant Sales team, where collaboration, exceptional property stewardship, and outstanding guest experiences are prioritised.

Primary Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed annual budgeted revenues for Groups and Banqueting
- Manage all group and event enquiries from initial proposal through to follow-up, contracting, and site inspections, ensuring high conversion rates
- Effectively manage a portfolio of key accounts, optimising their potential in terms of rates, room-nights, and events, aligned with sales strategies
- Grow and maintain existing domestic and international group and event accounts
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving lead generation
- Coordinate all event aspects, from inquiries and contracts to onsite execution and post-event follow-up
- Oversee and forecast the banqueting budget to meet financial targets
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless execution of in-house groups and functions
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to develop impactful sales and marketing strategies

Requirements

- Experience in managing group and event sales within a 5-star hotel environment
- Ability to work in the UK (eligibility requirements apply)
