- Conduct in-depth analytical assessments of assigned accounts to identify and capitalise on opportunities for deeper customer relationships via solution-based sales
- Build trust with clients through discovery check-ins and follow-ups, ensuring our value resonates
- Align Revolut Business features with competitive benchmarking to effectively communicate our unique value proposition
- Exceed sales targets, aligning performance with team KPIs
Requirements
-Must-have:
- Fluency in English and German
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal (phone) and written (email)
- 2+ years of sales/commercial experience in a B2B context preferred
-Ideal for:
- Experience thriving in high-energy, dynamic environments
- A success-driven record in telesales or account management, including meeting sales targets
- Proven project management and problem-solving abilities
- Analytical mindset for spotting unique opportunities
- Hands-on experience with relationship-building—going beyond basic client conservation
- Deep knowledge of Revolut Business Products; position to be the ultimate go-to resource for your team
- Advanced proficiency in pricing strategies, negotiation, and stakeholder influence, beyond standard sales techniques
