The Opportunity

With RSM UK Employer Services, we offer flexible Pay & People solutions – from tailored online payroll and HR platforms to fully managed outsourced services. Based in our Southampton office, the Growth Administrator role sits within the Pay & People Growth team, supporting sales and client experience.

You’ll join a proactive, innovative team in a sector where your work drives real business impact. This entry-level career opportunity is perfect for someone eager to kickstart a career in business development at grassroots level.


Key Responsibilities

You’ll help shape how businesses navigate people and payroll challenges. Your role will include:

  • Relationship management: Supporting the Pay & People Growth team by maintaining strong prospect-client connections.
  • Client engagement:
    • Managing incoming enquiries via the website, then assigning them appropriately.
    • Following up on warm marketing leads through email, LinkedIn, and telephone outreach.
  • Commercial & project support:
    • Assisting with lead generation on both new and existing clients.
    • Admin minuted reports and preparing full proposals, quotes (including global payroll calculations), and tender documentation.
  • Efficiency & organisation:
    • Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, ensuring minimal lapses between projects.
