Growth Analyst (m/f/d)
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Analyst (m/f/d) based in United Kingdom.
Join a global growth team focused on optimizing mobile advertising campaigns through data-driven strategies, automation, and advanced analytics. In this hands-on role, you will manage and improve performance campaigns across multiple industries while developing expertise in programmatic advertising, attribution, and growth optimization. You will work closely with experienced analysts and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, test new strategies, and deliver measurable results for advertisers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in adtech, combining analytical problem-solving, campaign management, and emerging AI-powered workflows. You will gain exposure to sophisticated trading strategies, large-scale datasets, and innovative technologies within a collaborative international environment.
Accountabilities
- Manage and optimize mobile programmatic advertising campaigns across different industries, ensuring performance against key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, retention, and revenue goals.
- Monitor campaign performance, pacing, budgets, and delivery trends while proactively identifying risks and optimization opportunities.
- Execute campaign optimization strategies including audience targeting, publisher management, bidding adjustments, budget allocation, and dayparting across multiple ad formats such as banner, video, native, and CTV.
- Run structured A/B tests across bids, budgets, creatives, and geographic markets, documenting results and contributing insights to internal best practices.
- Develop a strong understanding of mobile attribution concepts, including postback flows, attribution windows, and measurement partner integrations.
- Use SQL and analytics tools to extract, analyze, and interpret campaign data, building stronger data-driven decision-making skills over time.
- Support dashboard development, reporting processes, and performance analysis workflows used by the wider growth team.
- Leverage AI tools and large language models to automate recurring analyses, improve workflows, and generate performance insights.
- Collaborate with customer success, product support, and supply teams to resolve challenges, understand client objectives, and improve campaign outcomes.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad buying, ad operations, mobile marketing, or a related adtech role.
- Familiarity with mobile measurement platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, or similar attribution solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset with basic SQL knowledge or demonstrated ability and motivation to learn data analysis techniques.
- Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with enthusiasm for incorporating LLM-based tools into daily workflows.
- Ability to understand performance metrics, identify trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Exposure to Python, CTV/OTT advertising, mobile in-app advertising platforms, or DSP technologies is considered an advantage.
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership, curiosity, and willingness to take initiative.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams across different functions and time zones.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong interest in developing expertise within the digital advertising industry.
