Growth Marketing Analyst – DTC Ecommerce

Up to £46k + bonus & benefits

Our client is a highly successful and disruptive healthtech, hiring a Growth Marketing Analyst to develop and deliver data-driven marketing strategies and insights that drive business growth. In addition to a company bonus scheme, our client offers 28+ days holiday, social events, and a highly collaborative environment that supports career progression and development. This role is 4 days in the London office, they are looking for a graduate with at least 1-2 years of experience (will consider internships from tech, AI, consultancy or similar) who wants to be part of a highly ambitious growth environment.

Role Overview

As Growth Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving growth of this consumer-focused, ecommerce brand. You will work closely with leadership, web developers, and content marketing strategy teams to analyze campaign data and formulate insights that define future digital marketing strategy. As a Growth Marketing Analyst, you will be confident in researching and tracking growth marketing trends and fascinated by consumer behavior.

Our client is looking for a curious, entrepreneurial Graduate who is fascinated by using data and insight to drive customer acquisition via digital marketing and strategy.

What We Need

  • Strong academic background, graduate with a 2:1 or above
  • An entrepreneurial approach, focus on curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset
  • A passion for technology/healthtech and user experience
  • The ability to analyze data and translate insights into meaningful information
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and happy to work cross-functionally
