Growth Marketing Analyst (Recent Graduate Role) – Ecommerce

Up to £40k + bonus & benefits

Our client is a highly successful and disruptive healthtech company, seeking a Growth Marketing Analyst to develop and deliver data-driven marketing strategies that boost business growth. This role offers a company bonus scheme, 28+ days holiday, social events, and a highly collaborative environment supporting career progression and development.

Location: 4 days in the London office Ideal candidate: A recent graduate eager to thrive in a fast-paced, growth orientated environment.


About the Role

As a Growth Marketing Analyst, you will:

  • Play a crucial role in driving growth for a consumer-focused ecommerce brand.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, web developers, and content marketing teams to:
    • Analyse campaign data
    • Derive insights
    • Define future digital marketing strategies
  • Stay curious about growth marketing trends and consumer behaviour.

What You Need

  • Academic excellence: Graduate with a 2:1 or above.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset:
    • Strong curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
  • Passion for technology/healthtech and user centric approaches.
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyse data and translate insights into meaningful strategic insights.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced startup culture, with an appetite for cross functional collaboration.

Experience will strengthen your application, especially if you’ve gained hands on experience through:

  • Strategy, consultancy, or commercial/tech internships
  • Digital marketing, analysis, or commercial roles
