Healthera.co.uk is looking for a Growth Analytics Lead to own the data lifecycle from capture to decision. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will define the tracking plan, direct engineering resources, and build trusted attribution in a regulated healthcare environment. This high-authority individual contributor role bridges the gap between engineering and growth.

What You Will Do

  • Design and maintain the master tracking plan and event schema, ensuring every measurement supports business questions for the next 12 months.
  • Write engineering-grade specifications for transformation logic and pipeline definitions, personally performing SQL-based QA on all engineering output before shipping.
  • Build reliable marketing attribution and product funnel analytics across the patient app, pharmacy SaaS, and private medicine offerings.

The ideal candidate

  • Has 5+ years of experience in growth, product, or marketing analytics, including a tenure as the senior analytics lead in a scaling company.
  • Proven expertise in building tracking plans from scratch and managing attribution under GDPR within regulated verticals like health or fintech.
  • Possesses expert SQL skills and the ability to write unambiguous technical specifications that engineering teams can build from without constant meetings.
