About Parts Control
Parts Control is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform that covers the full spectrum of Parts Management. Our software optimizes parts management across buying, stocking and selling. With solutions for both machine builders who sell parts and their end customers who buy them.
Our global customers include major names in food manufacturing and automotive engineering.
We're at an exciting stage: proven product, enterprise customers, verified ROI, and a clear roadmap. We now need an engineering leader to own the platform end to end as we scale.
The Role
We're looking for someone who can own both sides of the growth engine: winning new business and making sure existing customers get maximum value from the platform. Selling to new manufacturers while ensuring our current customers succeed, renew, and expand.
This is a hybrid growth and customer success position, ideal for someone who thrives on both the hunt of new sales and the long-term relationship-building that turns customers into advocates.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
