Growth Associate

The Role (Daily Reality: Varied, Fast-Paced & Impactful!)
No two days or tasks will look the same— At minimum, you’ll be responsible for:

Running Growth Experiments
- Design and execute full-scale growth marketing tests
- Agilely discard underperforming initiatives
- Rapidly iterate to uncover and pull leverage growth levers

Creating & Managing Ads, Creative & Content
- Develop top and middle-funnel marketing content, including:
- Videos
- Customer testimonials
- Website and social media short-form copy
- Ads and nurturing emails
- Onboarding guides for new customers
