About the job
Fast-growing AI start-up looking for an ambitious and driven Growth Associate to join our expanding team. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a company that is redefining how regulated industries handle complaints and to grow your career at pace alongside it.
You will be a part of the Growth Team, playing a hands-on role across the full sales cycle, from the first product demo, all the way through to pilot kick-off and client roll-out. You'll be working directly with senior leadership, getting real exposure to commercial strategy, client relationships, and cutting-edge AI technology from day one.
You are curious, adaptable, and interested in how technology can improve business processes. We’re looking for someone who has energy, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for AI and what it can do.

- Support all stages of the sales cycle, from initial product demos through to delivery and full client roll-out
- Create bespoke sales materials tailored to individual clients, including financial models, slide decks, and order forms
- Work with the wider growth team to identify, research, and target new prospective clients for the pipeline
- Contribute to product customization based on client requirements and feedback
- Collaborate across teams, including product, engineering, and leadership, to ensure a seamless client experience
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-4 years of sales or commercial experience, with experience in B2B / Financial Services sales or Consulting preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail
- A genuine passion for technology and AI, with some hands-on experience using AI tools (prompt engineering experience is a plus)
- A collaborative, team-first mindset
- Ability to adapt to requirements and work across the sales cycle with the growth team
- Hungry to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility over time
