  • Running growth experiments - setting up and running our full set of growth/marketing tests, quickly binning things that don't work, and iterating quickly on everything to find our growth levers.
  • Creating & managing ads, creative, and content - top and middle-funnel marketing content, videos, customer testimonials, short form copy for our website, socials, ads, and nurturing emails, and onboarding guides for new customers.
  • Supporting sales & customer success - building the systems that allow our commercial teams to scale hyper-efficiently and deliver exponentially more value per hour of work they do.
  • Data analysis & reporting - digging into how our customers are using the platform, breaking down conversion rates through our marketing and sales pipelines, spotting areas we can improve, and coming up with suggestions for when and how we should change tack.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

You'll have somewhere between 1 and 6 years work experience (doesn't matter if it's not directly related to this role) and you'll ideally be:

  • Relentlessly proactive - you naturally take responsibility, are always pushing to make things better, and just want to crack on and get sh*t done;
  • A brilliant communicator - you write compelling, concise copy and can explain complex concepts simply;
  • Highly analytical - you have a real affinity for numbers, love diving into data, and are comfortable working in Excel;
  • A natural "people person" - you love working with people, find it easy to warm to them and quickly put them at ease;
  • An AI whizz - you're way ahead of the average person with your LLM usage, have built interesting/cool things in your spare time, and are deeply conscious of all the things that are possible that you haven't had a chance to try yet;
