STRATOS
STRATOS builds Commercial Digital Twins for Europe’s leading building materials and specialty chemicals manufacturers: an AI platform that shows commercial teams exactly where their next revenue is. We are scaling fast across Europe, and we intend to build a unicorn.
We are hiring one Growth Associate to help build the machine that gets us there. You will work directly with the CEO, CRO, and CMO, a leadership team drawn from McKinsey, BCG, Harvard Business School, and top enterprise software scale-ups. This is a high-bar role. We hire from the same talent pool as MBB consulting firms, top funds, and the best software companies.
Tasks
- Run campaigns end to end. Plan, launch, and optimize outreach campaigns. Write, test, measure, iterate.
- Own outbound. Run cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn programmes targeting commercial leaders at Europe’s largest manufacturers, armed with the AI-recommended warm intro paths and account intelligence.
- Drive our paid channels. Organise, launch, and optimize paid campaigns, from targeting and creative through to spend decisions and attribution.
- Build materials that win meetings. Produce client documents, demos, and interactive presentations from our library of high-end content, using our templates and AI tooling. Fast turnaround, senior-team standard.
- Keep the engine clean. Log your activity, keep pipeline data spotless in HubSpot, and produce the weekly pipeline, coverage, and forecast numbers the CRO uses to manage the number and brief the board.
- Make our commercial engine sharper every week. New plays, new automations, new content for the library. What you build compounds.
- Use AI as a force multiplier. We are an AI-first company. You will use our AI tooling and automations to do the work of a team several times your size.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Requirements
Non-negotiables. If you do not clearly meet these, this is not the role for you.
- Top of your class at a leading university. First-class honours, a distinction, or the equivalent.
- A track record of being exceptional at something measurable. A selective scholarship or prize, a role at a top consultancy, fund, or software company, a genuinely competitive selection you won, or something you built and grew yourself — with a number that proves it.
- Evidence of grit. You have taken on something hard, owned it end to end, and have the result to show for it. Startup pace should energise you, not unsettle you.

Also true of the person we hire:
- A doer. You like the execution: getting on the phone, shipping campaigns, and turning work around fast. You measure yourself by outcomes, not activity.
- A sharp, persuasive writer. Most of this job is persuading busy executives in few words. You can make a cold email land.
- AI-native. HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, and modern AI tooling should excite rather than intimidate you. You reach for automation instinctively.
Benefits
- Competitive Salary and medical insurance
