Role Overview - Growth & Business Development Executive

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven, and relationship-focused Growth & Business Development Executive to support the expansion of Imagine X Global's services, partnerships, events, and strategic initiatives.

This exciting role is ideal for someone passionate about business growth, client engagement, networking, and identifying new opportunities. Working across our creative, digital, event, and consultancy divisions, you will play a vital role in driving revenue, developing strategic partnerships, and helping deliver meaningful experiences for clients and communities globally.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across corporate, public sector, healthcare, education, and creative industries.
  • Generate and nurture leads through networking, outreach campaigns, referrals, events, and digital engagement.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM systems and reporting tools.
  • Support the delivery of business growth objectives and revenue targets.
  • Research emerging markets, industry trends, and opportunities to support company expansion.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and industry meetings representing Imagine X Global.
  • Develop strategic relationships with prospective clients, stakeholders, sponsors, partners, and suppliers.
  • Support the creation of business proposals, tenders, presentations, and partnership agreements.
  • Contribute to bid writing and procurement opportunities where required.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to convert opportunities into successful projects and long-term partnerships.

Partnerships & Strategic Relationships

  • Build and manage relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
  • Support the development of sponsorship, partnership, and collaboration opportunities aligned to company goals.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic alliances that strengthen Imagine X Global's service offering and market presence.
  • Ensure excellent client experiences throughout the customer journey.
  • Participate in account management activities to maximise client retention and growth.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Support the promotion of Imagine X Global products, services, events, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns across social media, email marketing, and digital platforms.
  • Assist in developing thought leadership opportunities, case studies, and success stories.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Represent the company professionally across online and in-person engagement channels.

Project & Event Support

  • Support business development activities linked to live, virtual, and hybrid events.
  • Attend company projects, events, and activations to strengthen client relationships and identify future opportunities.
  • Assist with project coordination, planning, and logistics where required.
  • Help create presentations, schedules, reports, and post-event evaluations.
  • Work closely with production, operations, and creative teams to ensure seamless client delivery.

What May Make You Suitable for the Role

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience or genuine passion for sales, business development, partnerships, or account management.
  • Confidence in networking and building professional relationships.
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of customer needs and value creation.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based business tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation strategies.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Interest in events, technology, creative services, consultancy, or digital solutions.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required at key events.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel within the UK and internationally when required.
  • Looking for a challenge with aspirations for long-term career growth within the company.
  • Clean driving licence (desirable).
