What You Will Do
- Execute the full sales cycle including prospect research, pitch strategy, contract negotiation, and launching technical pilots with major financial institutions.
- Lead customer success by managing post-pilot expansion, translating results into workshops, and driving full-scale rollouts and long-term bank partnerships.
- Conduct strategic research and data analysis to refine product positioning, understand bank fraud infrastructures, and inform critical commercial and product decisions.
The ideal candidate
- At least 4 years of experience in strategy or BizOps roles within top-tier consulting, technology, or finance firms like BCG, Palantir, or Monzo.
- Exceptional communicator and storyteller who can structure compelling arguments for executive-level customer meetings and high-stakes commercial negotiations.
- Entrepreneurial "radical owner" who thrives in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments and possesses the technical curiosity to understand complex payment infrastructures.
