Growth & Community Lead
enki÷ Growth & Community Lead
enki÷ is changing how growing businesses access finance talent.
We've built a curated network of exceptional Fractional CFOs, and Finance Operators, enabling ambitious businesses to access senior finance expertise quickly and flexibly.
Our mission is simple: make it easier for founders to find the right finance talent at the right stage of growth.
We're now looking for a Growth & Community Lead to help us build awareness, strengthen our founder network, and generate demand through content, community and partnerships.
About the Role
This is a growth role sitting at the intersection of community, content, partnerships and demand generation.
You'll spend your time building relationships with founders, creating and distributing content, activating our CFO community, running events and webinars, and developing repeatable ways to get enki in front of the right businesses.
You'll work directly with the founders and have significant freedom to test ideas, launch initiatives and shape how the business grows.
Some weeks that might mean launching a founder roundtable, building a LinkedIn content series with one of our CFOs, creating an outreach campaign around a market insight, or developing a partnership with a VC fund or accelerator.
We're not looking for a traditional salesperson.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
