Position Title
Growth Consultant
A pivotal role in our Creator Business Operations (CBO) team—you’ll drive creator success as a trusted coach, data strategist, and performance optimiser.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Consultant to managing a portfolio of influencers/creators, helping them maximise revenue, Align with platform opportunities, and grow their businesses through data-driven strategies. As the go-to expert, you’ll build deep relationships, leverage trend insights, and ensure creators leverage LTK’s tools effectively—all while representing the brand both internally and externally.
Core Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Owner. Design and deliver tailored high-impact growth strategies for creators, boosting earnings, audience engagement, and commercial conversion strategies (LTK Shop/LTK’s monetization tools).
- eData and Analytics. Perform trend analysis, conversion insights, and proficiency with social media platforms to optimise strategies and inform LTK’s wider platform/creator improvement programmes.
- Relationship Manager. Own ** creator relationships**—coaching, mentoring, and being the first point of contact for creators (especially top performers) to nurture trust. Represent LTK at industry events if needed.
- Creative Strategy. Stay ahead of social trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and guide creators to align content with audience expectations and platform opportunities.
- Cross-functional Alignment. Collaborate with ** Marketing, Brand Platform, Product, and Sales teams** to refine strategies, sell platform value, and ensure LTK’s voice is consistent across creator interactions.
- Performance Enablement. Develop scalable tactics for creator growth, assess KPIs, and design long-term growth narratives (short-term high wins to mid-long term sustainable scaling).
- Reporting & Activation. Create internal reporting on trends, insights, and areas for improvement, recommending changes to tools or processes to enhance benefits for both LTK and creators.
- Culture Driver. Embrace LTK’s high-performance culture, fuelling a collaborative environment with a teamwork-first mindset.

What You’ll Bring to LTK
Experience & Expertise:
- Proven growth expertise within influencer marketing, agency, affiliate, or creator talent management (2+ years). Fashion, beauty, or lifestyle experience is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of social media landscapes—recognising opportunities and understanding platform changes to guide both creators and LTK teams.
- Strong portfolio of relationships with creators (active nurture, mentoring, and churn reduction skills).
- Mastery of analytics/data. Ability to leverage metrics (platform, creator-specific, market trends) to drive actionable strategies.
- Multi-channel thinking—strategies and channels depend on a particular creator persona, and adaptability is key to understanding and speaking their language.

- Proactive communicator and quick thinker with overdrive energy.
- Doer’s mentality—tera chai and solve complex problems with urgency.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, reframing challenges into opportunities.

Technical Skills:
- Fluent in Excel, Keynote/Google Docs. Microsoft Office proficiency.
Requirements/Prerequisites
- Authority to work in the UK.
