Growth Content Manager (Sports and Prediction Markets)
You will be responsible for planning and delivering impactful content across our sports vertical, with a particular focus on major US sports, including the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, college football, and college basketball.
About the Role
This role involves ownership of the content calendar and coordination across web, SEO/AEO, affiliate, social media, and other channels. Ensure content aligns with key sporting moments, remains commercially relevant, and supports trading demand through close collaboration with specialist teams in SEO/AEO, Paid Media, Affiliates, and Product.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the sports content calendar across web, SEO/AEO, affiliate, social, and other distribution channels.
- Develop full-funnel content plans for major US sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, college football, and basketball).
- Identify topical opportunities tied to key fixtures, major sporting events, seasonality, betting interest, and prediction market trends.
- Collaborate with internal specialists (SEO/AEO, Paid, Affiliate, Social) to align content with their channel priorities.
- Ensure content supports organic visibility (search engines and AI surfaces), audience engagement, affiliate performance, and conversion goals.
- Brief internal and external writers, editors, and subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Monitor content performance and refine planning, prioritisation, and execution based on insights.
- Support digital PR efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement detailed SEO/AEO tracking and reporting.
- Optimise and scale AI content production workflows.
- Partner on ASO (App Store Optimisation), including production and reporting, with internal stakeholders.
- Stay current on the latest trends in US sports, prediction markets, betting markets, SEO/AEO, affiliates, and social media.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sports content, digital marketing, or iGaming (similar digital content roles).
- Deep knowledge of major US sports, with a focus on NFL and NBA, and broader familiarity with MLB, NHL, college football, and basketball.
- Experience creating and managing content calendars across multiple channels (web, SEO, social, affiliates).
- Understanding of prediction markets, betting markets, and sports wagering concepts (odds, futures, props, picks).
- Strong background in digital PR, SEO/GEO, or related content specialisations.
- Ability to work effectively across teams (SEO/AEO, Paid Media, Affiliate, Social, Product).
- Critical editorial judgment balancing speed, accuracy, user value, and commercial relevance.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable content strategies and engaging narratives.
- Comfort collaborating in an innovative, fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
