The Role

The Growth & Customer Marketing Lead is responsible for executing and supporting WorkBuzz's outbound growth engine and customer marketing programme. Working closely with Sales, SDRs, Product, and Customer Success, the role delivers a focused ABM programme, supports outbound pipeline campaigns, and contributes to go-to-market planning and execution. It also runs customer communications and engagement initiatives that support net revenue retention (NRR) and referral goals. This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded, tech-savvy marketer who thrives on delivering results across multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Programme

  • Run a focused ABM motion for high- and mid-value accounts, executing targeted multi-channel campaigns
  • Work with Sales to refine ideal customer profile (ICP) definitions and prioritise target account lists
  • Develop and deliver personalised content and messaging for key ABM accounts in collaboration with the wider marketing team
  • Track ABM engagement, pipeline contribution, and conversion, reporting on performance and adjusting the programme as needed

Outbound Pipeline & SDR Enablement

  • Partner with the SDR team to plan and execute outbound campaigns, providing assets, sequences, and campaign briefs
  • Develop compelling outbound messaging and collateral that supports lead generation and conversion
  • Monitor outbound pipeline contribution and iterate on campaigns based on performance data
  • Act as a reliable, responsive marketing partner for the SDR team's day-to-day campaign needs

Go-To-Market (GTM) Coordination

  • Contribute to the GTM calendar, helping coordinate campaign timing and messaging across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success
  • Support the translation of product and business priorities into well-executed campaign activity
  • Support consistent use of the GTM calendar as a shared planning tool across teams
  • Assist with product launch coordination, working alongside the Product Marketing Lead on launch campaigns

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
