Growth & Data (IC) - United Kingdom
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth & Data Individual Contributor based in the United Kingdom.
As a Growth & Data Individual Contributor, you will play a pivotal role in turning data into meaningful business and product outcomes. Rather than focusing solely on reporting or analytics, you will own growth challenges from discovery to execution, collaborating closely with product, marketing, and commercial teams. This position combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, experimentation, and stakeholder engagement to drive measurable impact. You'll work across the entire data lifecycle, helping shape decision-making, improve product adoption, and build scalable data solutions. If you enjoy solving ambiguous problems, influencing business strategy, and operating in a fast-paced remote environment, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact within a modern, product-led organization.
Accountabilities
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business opportunities, define priorities, and transform complex questions into actionable growth initiatives.
- Conduct user research through interviews, feedback analysis, and data exploration to uncover insights that improve product adoption and customer experience.
- Design, execute, and evaluate experiments, campaigns, and analyses that support business growth and product optimization.
- Build lightweight internal data applications and tools that enable faster, more informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain scalable data models while connecting product, marketing, and commercial systems into a cohesive data ecosystem.
- Improve how the organization measures business performance by promoting clear, practical, and impactful data practices.
- Contribute across both strategic and technical initiatives, taking ownership from problem definition through implementation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
