Growth Director - Subscriptions
Location: London (Hybrid)
We're partnering with a global sports media business that reaches millions of highly engaged enthusiasts worldwide through a portfolio of market-leading content brands.
As part of its continued investment in recurring revenue and subscriber growth, the business is hiring a Growth Director - Subscriptions, to lead the next phase of its subscription strategy.
This is a highly visible role with responsibility for driving subscriber acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue growth, initially focused on the group's flagship premium brand before expanding across the wider portfolio.

You'll work closely with Product, Editorial, Commercial and Data teams to develop subscription strategy, shape premium content propositions, optimise customer journeys and identify new growth opportunities.
This isn't a performance marketing role. It's to influence everything from product development and customer experience through to commercial strategy and long-term subscriber value.
We're keen to speak with individuals who have experience in:
- Subscription or membership businesses
- Publishing, media or content-led organisations
- Consumer revenue and recurring revenue models
- Subscriber acquisition, retention and lifecycle marketing
- Cross-functional leadership across Product, Marketing and Commercial teams

Salary: c. £70k-£80k + bonus and benefits package
