Growth Engineer / Marketer
Senior Growth Technology Specialist (Marketing Automation & Demand Gen)
About the Role
sanctions.io is a cutting-edge B2B regtech scaling in compliance. This is not a traditional marketing or engineering role—it’s for someone who turns "How do we get more qualified pipeline?" into automated systems, code, and AI solutions, rather than manual processes or outsourcing.
Your mission: Demand generation powered by technology. You’ll build the engines behind:
- Programmatic content, AI-driven outbound, and embeddable tools that generate leads
- Self-sustaining systems that automate today’s marketing ops (content production, list building, CRM clean-up) so scaling happens without hiring more staff
If your first thought when tackling a marketing repetitive task is "I could build something to handle this", this role is yours.
What You’ll Build
Demand Generation
✔ Personalised outbound scaling – Leveraging AI for hyper-targeted, high-intent outreach ✔ Programmatic SEO & content engines – Answering buyer’s real questions in search and AI results, not just SEO rankings ✔ Embeddable tools – Free integrateable solutions that turn intent into self-generating leads ✔ AI-first presence – Dominate AI-generated answers (not just traditional search) by embedding prompts, Dashboards, or genAI tools

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
