Role: Growth Executive

As a Growth Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts identifying, prospecting, and converting high-calibre members through direct outreach and relationship building.

What You'll Do

You'll drive audience growth through proactive prospecting, strategic outreach, and relationship development.

Prospecting & Lead Development

  • Cold call and email professionals across retail and finance sectors
  • Research and qualify prospects using defined success criteria and ideal customer profiles
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects in our CRM
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and business challenges

Sales Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Execute high-volume cold calling campaigns to target prospects
  • Use and adapt value propositions tailored to each prospect's industry and role
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers through persistent, professional follow-up
  • Navigate organisations to identify and connect with relevant stakeholders

Conversion

  • Conduct qualification calls and needs assessments with prospects
  • Present membership value propositions and handle objections
  • Schedule and support Community Managers in closing conversations

Pipeline Management & Sales Operations

  • Maintain accurate campaign forecasts and activity reports
  • Track conversion rates, call metrics, and sales performance KPIs
  • Update CRM with detailed prospect information and interaction history
