About The Company
A private family in the New York City area is seeking a highly responsible, dependable, and professional Facilities Technician / Driver to support day-to-day property needs across multiple locations.
About The Role
This role requires managing a weekly courier loop, fulfilling ad hoc driving requests and errands, maintaining a small fleet of vehicles, and assisting with a wide variety of household and property-related responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Providing hands-on facilities support including building walkthroughs
- Warehouse organization
- Contributing to ongoing household projects and general maintenance tasks

Qualifications
- Clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe navigation
- Knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance and upkeep
Required Skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with frequent physical activity, including lifting and moving equipment
- Light grounds work such as snow removal and pressure washing
- Strong communication skills
- Sound judgment
- Positive, no-task-too-small attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed

Preferred Skills
- Experience working closely with facilities and household staff
Pay Range And Compensation Package
This is a year-round, full-time opportunity with a starting salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year and a generous benefits package. Compensation will be commensurate with credentials and experience.
