About The Role
Founders and big companies scalable operational workloads beyond their core teams. Products span ERPs, portals, spreadsheets, and fragmented communication channels.
Our customer base includes:
- Europe’s largest online grocery retailer
- A global e-commerce beauty brand
- Middle East retail group
- European pharmacy chains
The ideal buyer is a Head of Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or IT at a high-growth retailer or FMCG brand (~£100M+ annual revenue). Deals typically range from €100k–€250k ARR.
The Growth Generalist role fosters the top-of-funnel enterprise pipeline. Reporting to the Head of Commercial and founders, the role aims for outbound, content, events, and referral growth—driving effective pipeline motion.
What You’ll Do
- Run lean outbound experiments
- Select target personas and signals.
- Craft messaging, send sequences, and analyse replies.
- Typically, 2–3 live experiments weekly.

Build the content engine
- Cover founder-led outreach (e.g., LinkedIn posts).
- Produce customer success narratives and vertical-specialised assets.
- Manage content backlog, delegation, and distribution.

Manage the event strategy
- Conferences, small hospitalities (≥8 attendees), founder-hosted roundtables.
- Plan, fill, and follow-up diligently after engagements.

Construct operational flows
- Data enrichment pipelines.
- Sequences, HubSpot dashboards.
- Custom scripts for workflow automation.
Who You Are
Required: ✅ A B2B start-up growth or GTM role (2+ years). ✅ Scaled outbound: Pedigree of writing cold campaigns (not managing agencies). ✅ Results over perfection: Agile experimentation over finite refinement. ✅ Data comfortable: Ability to diagnose trends, discarding random luck. ✅ Founder’s mindset: Intellectually agile, unafraid to question decisions.
