Senior Growth Manager: Sleep (Aerox) & Orthodontics (32Co) – AI-Native Growth Engineers

No longer searching for product-market fit—we’re developing our growth engine, and we need two world-class generalists to build acquisition engines for sleep (Track 1: Aerox) and orthodontics (Track 2: 32Co).
Tracks in Focus
Track 1: Aerox – Sleep Solutions
Product: Clinician-facing tool for snoring & sleep apnoea, ready for national launch.
Your challenge:
- Convert a 300+ clinic Waitlist into a self-sustaining flywheel
- Build from scratch a clinical lead gen pipeline (patient acquisition streams for acredited partners)
- Own the acquisition side of clinician-facing business and unlock new revenue channels
Why it matters: Sleep dentistry is a brand-new, fast-emerging market. You’ll be a first-mover, shaping Dental Sleep Medicine adoption at scale.
Track 2: 32Co – Orthodontics (Clear Aligners)
Product: Orthodontic solutions (aligners) with 95%+ organic or referral-led growth to date.

Your challenge:
- Move from passive, inbound growth to commercial acquisition (target high-volume Invisalign users)
- Run high-velocity experiments across every lead gen channel
- Combine data-driven conversions with unconventional tactics to accelerateMail amplified pipeline conversion
Why it matters: You’ll own a pipeline-facing, commercial growth role, embedding 32Co’s A2G (acquisition-to-growth) strategy.
What You Will Do
Core Growth Responsibilities
- Experiment Run Interaction: Constant pipeline of tests: paid ads, organic campaigns, referral mechanics, partnerships, and "out-of-left-field" channels—finder unfair advantages
- Bias for Speed + Evidence: Engineer referral loops, virality tools, or game-changers that cut acquisition costs and create compounding flywheels
- Instrumentation & Learning: Every test has a clear output + decision point—cut what fails, double down fast
- Shift from 100% inbound to a de către driven, replicable machine
AI-Native Growth Engine
- Build "mini-products" daily from AI: Lead qualification bots, clinician ROI calculators, or self-serve onboarding chatbots
- Scale without headcount by automating repeatable workflows (e.g., competitive intelligence, personalised outreach)
- Anticipate AI leaps in marketing and proactively lock in their use before competitors
Data-Driven Accountability
- Own end-to-end performance reporting—no noise, just decisive action (what to kill, what to amplify)
- Partner closely with sales (understand the customer journey funnel), ensuring acquisition drives revenue
