Job Description
You will build Kyra’s growth engine from scratch, owning the full funnel across a profitable agency and a subscription platform. Working AI-first, you’ll run experiments, manage paid channels, and build compounding referral loops. This is a greenfield opportunity to own active brand growth and drive product-led discovery end-to-end.

What You Will Do
- Own the "Active Brands" metric, managing the full funnel from qualified lead generation to long-term retention.
- Build and optimize a multi-channel growth engine spanning paid (Google, TikTok, LinkedIn), SEO, and lifecycle marketing.
- Architect a "growth loop" where the agency business feeds the platform, creating a compounding data and referral flywheel.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or two-sided marketplaces, with a track record of scaling acquisition and conversion.
- Hands-on expertise in paid social, analytics (Mixpanel/Amplitude), and AI-driven workflows using Zapier, Make, or LLM APIs.
- Scrappy technical ability to ship landing pages and internal tools using Cursor, Claude Code, or Webflow.
