About the Engagement
This role is part of a Deloitte contract supporting our end client onsite. The focus is on driving growth initiatives leveraging AI and data-driven strategies to accelerate business outcomes.
Mission
Drive the growth of the end client to $5M+ ARR in the next 12 months. Own growth end-to-end, using AI as a force multiplier to operate at a pace that would normally require a team of five. You will be the sole growth lead, leveraging AI tools to maximize impact.
The Opportunity
You will be the first dedicated growth hire at a critical inflection point: the self-serve product has just launched, paid ads show promising CPA, enterprise deals are converting, and the engineering team delivers rapidly. You will own growth, building the engine that powers both self-serve and enterprise motions.
You will utilize AI tools such as Claude Code, AI video tools, and programmatic content to accelerate timelines and run multiple experiments simultaneously. Your focus will be on building scalable growth systems rather than direct sales or cold calling.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
