We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially driven Industry Growth Lead to join our UK team.
Role Purpose
Own growth across a portfolio of Legal, Travel and Transport organisations, driving revenue growth, new business acquisition, pipeline creation, account expansion, and market penetration. The Industry Growth Lead will act as the commercial leader responsible for identifying, qualifying, and winning opportunities across the Getronics portfolio. Working alongside Customer Success Managers, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Partnerships, and Technical SMEs, you will help customers solve business challenges through innovative managed services and digital transformation solutions.
This role is ideal for a sales professional with approximately 5 years' experience within an MSP or technology services environment who is looking to take the next step in their career. We're looking for someone hungry for success, confident engaging with senior stakeholders, and motivated by building new relationships and growing accounts.

What to Expect
Commercial Growth & Market Development
- Own and execute growth plans across designated Legal, Travel and Transport accounts.
- Build and maintain a target account strategy aligned to revenue objectives.
- Identify and secure new logo opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
- Drive market awareness and customer engagement through targeted outreach and networking activities.
- Develop industry-specific propositions that align customer challenges with Getronics capabilities.

Pipeline Generation & Sales Execution
- Build and maintain healthy pipeline coverage through proactive prospecting, referrals, partner engagement, and account development.
- Partner with Marketing to support campaigns, industry events, and account-based marketing initiatives.
- Generate demand across the full Getronics portfolio of managed services and technology solutions.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell existing customers.
- Maintain consistent sales activity levels and accurate CRM management.
Opportunity & Deal Management
- Lead opportunity qualification, solution positioning, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate internal teams to develop compelling customer proposals and solution designs.
- Ensure solutions are commercially viable, technically sound, and deliverable.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement to contract signature.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.
Customer Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with decision-makers including:
- CIOs
- IT Directors
- Operations Directors
- Heads of Infrastructure
- Procurement Teams
- Business Leaders

Understand customer business priorities and identify opportunities where Getronics can support strategic initiatives.

Work alongside Customer Success Managers to maximise retention, renewals, and customer growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Technical SMEs, Marketing, and Partner teams.
- Help shape innovative customer solutions across multiple technologies and service lines.
- Contribute market intelligence and customer feedback to support portfolio development and go-to-market initiatives.

What We Expect From You
- Approximately 5+ years' experience within an MSP, managed services, technology services, or IT solutions sales environment.
- Proven success generating new business and growing existing customer accounts.
- Experience selling complex technology solutions and managed services.
- Strong understanding of MSP service offerings including:
- Service Desk
- Field Services
- Networks & Infrastructure
- Cloud Services
- Digital Workplace
- Cyber Security
- Applications & Database Services
- Managed Services
- Excellent business development and relationship-building skills.
- Strong consultative and solution-led sales approach.
- Ability to identify customer challenges and align technology services to business outcomes.
- Experience managing opportunities through a structured sales process.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience Selling
- Into Legal, Travel, or Transport organisations.
- With Microsoft technologies and partner ecosystems.
- Knowledge of digital transformation programmes and workplace modernisation initiatives.
- Experience selling cloud, security, managed infrastructure, or application services solutions.
