Job Title: Growth Lead @ high-growth performance agency
Location: London (2 days in-office)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 DOE
A high-growth, performance agency is looking for a Growth Lead to bridge the gap between creative strategy and performance marketing across one of the most data-rich environments in the industry.
This is a newly created leadership role sitting at the intersection of creative strategy and growth performance. You won't own a pod or run accounts day-to-day, instead, you'll coach four Senior Creative Strategists to connect their creative thinking to media buying logic, funnel strategy, and commercial performance, while leading department-wide upskilling and surfacing macro insights from a 9-figure data set.
If you're an advanced performance creative strategist who gets genuine energy from developing others and wants to compound your impact across an entire client portfolio, this is a standout opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide embedded strategic coaching to four Senior Creative Strategists, developing their growth strategy and performance fluency
- Serve as the primary performance and growth voice within the Creative Strategy department
- Diagnose and reverse-engineer performance bottlenecks across accounts, coaching individuals to resolve them
- Lead all department training focused on growth strategy, media buying, offer strategy, distribution, and constraint-based thinking
- Build the systems and cross-functional rituals that align Creative Strategy and Growth Strategy as one joined-up function
- Audit priority accounts when performance dips, identifying root causes and resetting strategy alongside the pod

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
