Growth Lead
About Mission and why now?
Mission is building the next generation of daily rituals for natural performance. We create matchas (and soon caffeine controlled coffees with added functional ingredients e.g. creatine) for The Garmin Wearer - those wanting to achieve more every single day. Always natural, science led and great tasting.
We’re well funded by world-class consumer investors and elite athletes including F1 driver Pierre Gasly, England cricket captain Michael Vaughan and High Performance Host, Jake Humphrey. Our products are already used by 12 Premier League teams, six Formula One teams and hundreds of GB athletes. This year, we have exciting product collaborations launching with Pierre Gasly and Holger Rune.
With the long term aim of becoming the world’s leading natural performance brand, our next chapter is focused online. We’re building a high-growth D2C business with a clear ambition: reach £10m of UK revenue in the next 24 months. We’re a small, ambitious team based in Vauxhall. We move fast, test quickly, stay close to the customer, and care deeply about building something genuinely differentiated.
This is our most exciting moment. We have the products, the story, the funding, the traction (£2m annualised revenue), the partnerships and the ambition. Now we need someone who can help build the growth engine. For the right person, this is a rare opportunity to join a brand early enough to have real ownership in the role and meaningful equity in the business - but with enough momentum, backing and ambition to make it career defining.
About the Role
This is the crucial role at the heart of Mission’s next stage of growth. You’ll help scale online revenue across paid acquisition, website conversion, CRM, Amazon and growth experimentation.
You’ll work closely with the Founder, Creative Strategist, designers and consultants to turn insight, creative and data into profitable growth. This is not a “sit behind a dashboard” role. We’re looking for someone energetic, commercially sharp and hands-on - someone who spots opportunities, launches tests quickly, learns fast, and keeps pushing the business forward.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
