Role Description
The Growth Lead is responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth through data-informed strategies and experiments. This full-time remote role involves designing and running growth experiments, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying new channels and tactics to scale key business outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to define growth roadmaps, optimize funnels, and improve conversion rates across touchpoints. The Growth Lead will oversee testing frameworks, prioritize initiatives based on impact and effort, and ensure learnings are documented and communicated. This role also includes coordinating cross-functional projects, setting clear success metrics, and presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, build hypotheses, and make evidence-based decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex findings clearly and concisely.
- Proven experience in growth hacking or growth-focused roles, with a track record of running experiments and optimizing funnels.
- Background in sales or revenue-focused roles, with an understanding of lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion strategies.
- Solid project management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), A/B testing platforms, and CRM or marketing automation systems.
- Comfort working in a remote, distributed team, with strong self-management and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, data science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments is beneficial, as is familiarity with product-led growth strategies.
