About the Role
Own the growth program from strategy through execution, improving user acquisition, retention, and monetization through data analysis, paid campaigns, experimentation, and cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies that increase user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Analyze platform metrics and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
- Work with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives.
- Manage paid acquisition campaigns and optimize spending across digital channels.
- Track KPIs and report growth performance to stakeholders regularly.

Qualifications
- Successful experience in growth marketing or user acquisition.
- Proficiency with SQL, Google Analytics, or similar data-analysis tools.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong project-management and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
