About the Role

Own the growth program from strategy through execution, improving user acquisition, retention, and monetization through data analysis, paid campaigns, experimentation, and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies that increase user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
  • Analyze platform metrics and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Work with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives.
  • Manage paid acquisition campaigns and optimize spending across digital channels.
  • Track KPIs and report growth performance to stakeholders regularly.

Qualifications

  • Successful experience in growth marketing or user acquisition.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Google Analytics, or similar data-analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
  • Strong project-management and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
