A Few Examples of Your Responsibilities
- Understand: Build deep knowledge of your product, its business model, and key levers driving growth.
- Analyze: Leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to:
- Explore high-performing campaigns
- Identify patterns in user/product data
- Generate actionable insights
- Ideate: Turn insights, experiment results, and AI-assisted research into hypotheses and growth opportunities.
- Test: Design and run rigorous experiments with real users, collaborating with designers, engineers, and analysts for rapid iteration.
- Scale: Deploy successful ideas broadly, using learnings to inform the next phase of testing and discovery.

Compensation:
- Salary Ranges (annual, starting points):
- London: £85,797 (entry) to £112,189–£250,512+ (experienced).
- Europe: €66,065 (entry) to €107,837–€188,848+ (experienced).
- Adjustable by location, experience, and impact potential.
- Potential for equity participation at a discounted price upon permanent contract offer (including 50% tax cut for Milan-based employees).
