Growth Manager - Syd Life AI

We're building prevention infrastructure for a new era of human flourishing.

Today's health systems are built to respond - to diagnoses, to claims, to crises. We're building the intelligence that operates one step ahead. The prevention infrastructure powering governments, insurers, and corporates responsible for the health of billions.

Our AI-native platform (LQM - Large Quantitative Model) is trained on 2.7M+ peer-reviewed research papers and 14.3B+ person-years of longitudinal data, delivering predictive, actionable insights that empower governments, insurers, corporates, healthcare, and pharma to improve Life Quality at scale.

We are a Series A AI company, backed by leading institutional investors and moving fast.

💼 About the role

As Growth Manager, you will be the engine of Syd's commercial growth across our key global markets. You will work directly with the CEO and across our commercial, product, and tech teams. You will own accounts, sales materials, and strategic projects - and help shape how a Series A AI company scales.

This is not a lead-generation role. This is a role for someone who has scaled a tech business before, knows what high-velocity commercial execution actually feels like, and is ready to do it again at the frontier of AI and human flourishing.

🤝 What you'll do

  • Own account management across Syd's key global partners - insurers, corporates, governments, universities.
  • Lead intro calls, product demos, and onboarding with prospects and new clients.
  • Build sales processes and strategic frameworks that turn opportunity into pipeline.
  • Prepare and maintain Syd's sales collateral - decks, proposals, RFPs - so every asset carries the brand and the science.
  • Manage business operations across current and prospective clients.
  • Own the hiring process and candidate funnel end-to-end.
  • Run special projects end-to-end - planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, delivery.
  • Support international rollouts, pilots, and launches.
  • Support the CEO on strategic projects and key priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

✅ Who you are

  • 3-5 years scaling tech businesses with AI capabilities.
  • Startup experience is essential. You have operated inside a fast-paced, growth-stage company and know what commercial scaling looks like from the inside. Consulting-only backgrounds are not the right fit.
  • Native AI fluency. You already use AI tools daily to accelerate research, drafting, analysis, and execution - and you're excited to push further.
  • Commercially instinctive and coachable - you engage clients credibly and are eager to learn from senior operators.
  • Strong execution and analytical skills - you ship, and you measure impact.
  • Comfortable with chaos. Calm, focused, adaptive when things change fast (they will).
  • Excellent communication - written, verbal, cross-cultural.
  • BSc in STEM, Business, Finance, or a relevant discipline.

  • Experience in AI, health tech, or regulated industries.
  • Fluency with Google Drive, Figma, Notion, Customer.io.
  • Japanese language proficiency.

🔥 Why this role

You will work directly with a founder-CEO with rare vision and conviction. You will operate inside a team where AI isn't a slide - it's how we work every day. You will help decide how Syd shows up in every market we enter. You'll be one of the people who defines what "prevention infrastructure" actually looks like in the real world.

If you've scaled a tech business before and are looking for your next chapter - this is it.

🎁 What you'll get

  • Meaningful equity: real ownership in what we're building.
  • Fully remote: work from anywhere, with 1–2 in-person offsites a year to reconnect the team.
  • Free lifetime access to Syd: live inside the product you're helping build.
  • Ownership over scope: trusted, not micromanaged. What you deliver is yours.
  • Proximity to leadership: no layers between you and the decisions that shape Syd.
  • A first-class AI stack: Claude and every tool you need to work at the frontier.
