The Role and Candidate
We are looking for a Growth Manager – eCommerce to support the expansion and performance growth of POP MART’s European eCommerce business. This is an exciting opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in building and scaling the region’s growth function.

As the first dedicated growth hire in Europe, you will work closely with the Head of eCommerce to drive customer acquisition, optimise conversion, improve retention, and build scalable reporting and measurement frameworks. This role spans performance marketing, CRM support, experimentation, analytics, and cross-functional commercial collaboration.
Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition
- Own and manage paid acquisition channels across Google Shopping, Meta, and support collaboration with TikTok agency partners
- Build, launch, and optimise campaigns with a focus on scalable and efficient growth
- Develop and scale retargeting campaigns using first-party audience data from website, app, and CRM platforms
- Establish baseline CPA and ROAS benchmarks across channels and report on performance weekly
- Monitor campaign efficiency and continuously test new opportunities for growth and optimisation
Growth & Experimentation
- Identify conversion leaks across the customer funnel and work with the tech team to implement fixes and improvements
- Prioritise experiments and growth initiatives based on expected commercial and revenue impact
- Support CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives including EDMs, automations, reactivation, and retention campaigns
- Collaborate with brand and retail teams to support launch campaigns, drops, and customer engagement activities
- Suggest SEO and organic growth improvements to maximise website performance and discoverability
Analytics & Reporting
- Own GA4 and native site analytics as primary reporting tools
- Support dashboard development, funnel analysis, event tracking QA, and performance reporting
- Build weekly growth reports tracking CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, channel contribution, and commercial trends
- Work closely with the eCommerce Trading team to align performance insights with business priorities
- Contribute to the relationship and roadmap planning with the Google Analytics agency partner

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Brief creative and content requirements for paid social campaigns, including UGC, product imagery, and campaign assets
- Collaborate closely with EU merchandising, trading, and regional marketing teams across EU, APAC, and US markets
- Share learnings, best practices, and align marketing activation windows globally
- Flag inventory and stock issues that may impact paid media efficiency and trading performance
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally within eCommerce, DTC, or high-growth consumer brands
- Direct in-platform experience with at least two of the following:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Google Shopping
- TikTok Shopping
- Comfortable using GA4 and performance analytics platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions
- Highly organised and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, trading, retail, and tech teams
- Strong understanding of acquisition, conversion optimisation, retargeting, and customer lifecycle marketing
Desirable but Not Essential
- Experience with CRM or email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo
- Familiarity with attribution tools such as AppsFlyer or similar platforms
- Experience within mobile-first or app-led businesses
- Experience working in drop-driven, limited inventory, or hype-category eCommerce environments
- Exposure to Amazon Sponsored Products or Seller Central
- Interest in experimentation, emerging technologies, and AI/LLM-enabled workflows
