Mision We are looking for a proactive Growth Manager to join our team, focusing on pitch management and client growth. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on digital marketing experience in managing agency pitches and a strong understanding of the client acquisition and upselling. Job functions: Manage and oversee pitch opportunities from start to finish, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare compelling pitch materials tailored to client needs and goals. Engage with agency partners and internal accounts teams to maintain strong relationships and identify new business opportunities. Upsell clients where appropriate, leveraging knowledge of client objectives, services and campaign potential. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform pitch strategies and approaches. Maintain accurate records of pitches, opportunities and outcomes in internal systems. Skills: Proven experience managing pitches within a mid - large agency environment Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple opportunities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
