About the Team
In this role, you’ll join a technical or analytical team responsible for driving product growth, leveraging data, AI, and experimentation to optimise performance, enhance user experience, and maximise business impact.
Responsibilities
You’ll play a key part in understanding, analysing, ideating, testing, and scaling growth initiatives. Key areas included:

Understand
- Build deep expertise in your product and its business model.
- Identify and prioritise the key levers driving growth.

Analyze
- Use AI, automation, and advanced analytics to explore high-performing campaigns.
- Dig into user behaviour, product data, and market patterns to generate actionable insights.

Ideate
- Translate insights, experiments, competitor research, and AI-assisted exploration into hypotheses.
- Spot opportunities to improve growth, monetisation, and overall performance.

Test
- Design and run rigorous experiments with real users.
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and analysts to turn ideas into reality and refine them rapidly based on results.

Scale
- Roll out winning strategies broadly across products or markets.
- Apply learnings from each iteration to prioritise and inform the next phase of experimentation.
Your work will sit at the heart of data-driven decision-making, ensuring our products evolve in ways that matter.

Competitive pay scales:
- Entry-level base salary (London, UK): £85,797
- Entry-level base salary (Rest of Europe): €66,065
- Experienced roles (London): £112,189 to £250,512
- Experienced roles (Rest of Europe): €107,837 to €188,848
