What You Will Do
- Execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns across digital and offline platforms to hit growth targets.
- Build and manage a network of community ambassadors and influencers within the diaspora.
- Conduct customer research and data analysis to optimize acquisition costs and conversion metrics.
The ideal candidate
- 4+ years of experience driving user acquisition in consumer fintech or high-growth tech sectors.
- Proven track record of working with diaspora or immigrant communities to build trust and adoption.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of growth metrics like CAC and LTV.
