Role Description

The Growth Marketer will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention across circle.cloud’s product and service offerings. This full-time, on-site role based in Southampton involves:

Qualifications

  • Strong Growth Marketing skills, including strategy development and execution for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and inform decisions.
  • Experience with Growth Hacking techniques and experimentation to test, learn, and scale effective tactics.
  • Proven Lead Generation skills, including funnel optimization and collaboration with sales teams.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., paid search, social, email, content) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work on-site in Southampton, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on clear reporting and actionable insights.
  • Relevant experience in B2B technology, telecoms, or SaaS is beneficial; a degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field is a plus.
