About Add to Event

We are the UK's leading Event Marketplace, connecting event organisers with the best matched event suppliers in one single request.

We've helped find suppliers for over 100,000 events - from birthday parties and weddings to large corporate events for the likes of the BBC, Accenture and JP Morgan with over 8,000 reviews on Trustpilot (4.9 star rating). With more than 300 services on the platform, from food vans to entertainers, we envision a world where anyone can organise their dream event in minutes, not months. We believe we can radically simplify the process of finding, booking and managing event suppliers, leading to better events everywhere, from fantastic festivals to wonderful weddings.

The Role

We have big ambitions to help organisers find the perfect suppliers for their event and we need to keep growing the supplier side of our marketplace in the right places. We're looking for an experienced growth marketer to take the lead across strategic acquisition, retention and social.

This is a role for someone equally comfortable shaping strategy and rolling up their sleeves to deliver it. We want someone we can bounce ideas off at a strategic level, who'll then go and make them happen, whether that's setting up a campaign, briefing a filming day or writing retention emails. You'll bring both sharp analytical skills and a strong creative eye, and you'll be experienced at using AI tools to work smarter across the whole role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How We Work

We're a totally remote business that believes in async working. We kick off the week with a team huddle and end on a virtual Friday social. We also get together in person for team sessions and our quarterly retreats, which are packed with focused workshops and the chance to meet our suppliers (which is why we ask for someone UK-based).

Diversity & Inclusion

Diversity and inclusion is a priority for everyone at Add to Event. We're committed to cultivating a fair and healthy working environment where people can be themselves and thrive in their work, treating one another with humility, respect and dignity at all times.

As a remote-first business, we take a flexible and collaborative approach to all aspects of our work, and we're always open to conversations about flexible working. We work to make our recruitment process as inclusive as possible, including making adjustments for people with a disability or long-term condition. If you'd like us to make adjustments during the application process, please contact us at lucy@addtoevent.co.uk.
