Growth Marketer

We’re looking for a driven Growth Marketer who will own how we communicate our product, value, and vision to the world - from developers and technical buyers to partners and early customers.

About us

Anomify.ai is building intelligent solutions that help organisations detect, understand, and act on events in complex data environments. Our small founding team has spent the last 18 months in research and development mode - working on two core products: Anomify, our ML-powered anomaly detection platform, and Hyperfence.io, a deterministic security layer for AI, LLMs and agents. We’re building novel solutions for some of the most nascent problems, operating at the cutting edge of monitoring.

The successful candidate will be curious by nature, comfortable exploring technical detail, and skilled at stepping back to explain why it matters in ways that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences. They will be as confident crafting thoughtful written content as they are discussing ideas verbally, and will enjoy using online platforms and social channels to share insights, spark discussion, and communicate the real significance of Anomify’s work.

This is a high-impact role at a growing company, where your work will directly influence awareness, pipeline, product direction, and customer success.

The role

You’ll become deeply familiar with Anomify’s products and the problems they solve, then take the lead on how we communicate those ideas to the outside world. That might mean writing an in-depth blog post, shaping product documentation, sharing insights on LinkedIn, or talking directly with users and prospects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll shape how we go to market, run the experiments to find what works, and turn a genuinely differentiated product into a pipeline of users - developers, engineers and technical buyers who get it.

You’ll also act as a bridge between these users and the product team - bringing real-world feedback, questions and insights back into how the product evolves and how we talk about it.

What you'll do

  • Drive demand and gather insights where our potential users actually hang out; Reddit, Product Hunt, Hacker News, LinkedIn (questionably!) and beyond. You'll learn what our audience cares about and meet them there.
  • Write sharp copy for a technical audience. Craft landing pages, emails, launch posts, guides, ads. Copy that talks to our audience and gets their attention.
  • Run email and lead-gen campaigns end to end, from list building to nurture sequences to conversion, owning our CRM.
  • Measure everything. Running our analytics stack (PostHog, Google Analytics and others), set up funnels, track what matters, and let the data guide where we spend effort.
  • Work directly with the team on product launches and GTM strategy.
  • Build the growth playbook as you go: the channels, the experiments, the systems that can scale as we do.

What we're looking for

You're ideally:

  • A self-starter preferably with some B2B marketing experience, comfortable owning outcomes without being told how.
  • Comfortable talking to developers, engineers or non-technical people - you can hold a conversation across our audience.
  • A strong writer with an eye for design you can produce something that reads well and looks right.
  • Curious about AI and excited by the space we're working in.
  • Fast-moving and up for experimenting - you'd rather get on with it, measure and iterate than wait for perfect.
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys working in a small team, wearing several hats and moving quickly.

Nice to have (not essential)

  • Experience marketing to a developer or technical audience specifically.
  • Familiarity with PostHog, or strong product analytics experience elsewhere.
  • Experience running paid acquisition, or comfort with outbound tooling (e.g. Apollo, Clay, etc.).
  • Exposure to early-stage / startup tech or SaaS environments.

Don't tick every box? If you're a strong communicator who can explain complex topics simply, we'd still love to hear from you.

The deal

  • Salary: £30,000 to £50,000 Depending on experience
  • Share options - equity in an early-stage company
  • 25 days holiday + your birthday off
  • Pension
  • Hybrid working - a couple of days a week in our Stokes Croft office
  • Team socials
