Role Overview
Leading regional paid media performance, operational tasks, optimisations, and budget management across a range of paid channels including platforms such as Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Programmatic.
We’re looking for someone with a meticulous eye for detail. Someone who has a genuine love of insight that sends you digging into analysis that will guide you to your next best move in a campaign to send performance sky-rocketing!
We’re on the lookout for a Performance Lead who can deliver against paid media strategies for large scale B2B campaigns. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end campaign management from planning, running, and reporting back insights.
Ideally, you’ll have experience in running demand generation strategies with large budgets across multiple regions and languages. You will be a natural leader who is able to bring together performance insights to inform optimisations.
You’ll work closely with the Performance Director and Growth Team to ensure we’re prioritising the right things that will impact performance.

Reporting to: Performance Director
Key Responsibilities
- Develop campaign briefs, collaborate with the team for seamless implementation, and analyse the outcomes
- Interpret and effectively communicate reports, results, and significant findings to internal teams
- Continuously optimise campaigns to meet predetermined revenue and ROI targets
- Manage daily paid campaign budget to ensure optimal campaign performance
- Possess a strong understanding of Paid Media challenges
- Utilise data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Execute exceptional Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

- Salary range – £25k- £35k
- 10% annual bonus paid as 2.5% per quarter if targets are hit.
