Growth Marketing Associate
About Notabene
Notabene is building infrastructure that's transforming how money moves in the digital economy. We're evolving beyond our compliance foundations to enable the next generation of digital financial services between regulated institutions with unprecedented efficiency. With nearly 50 employees across 14 countries and having closed our Series B with support from leading investors including Y Combinator, DRW, F-Prime, Jump Capital, Castle Island, and Green Visor Capital, we're looking for people like you to help shape the future rails of the crypto industry.
The Impact You Will Have
The market is shifting fast: regulatory clarity is driving rapid adoption of stablecoin business payments, and banks, fintechs, and payment providers are entering digital assets for the first time. Notabene is expanding globally to meet that demand, and marketing is a core driver of that growth.
As our Growth Marketing Associate, you'll own the execution of campaigns, content, and programs that generate qualified pipeline for our sales team — webinars that bring compliance and payments leaders into our orbit, content that earns trust with institutional buyers, events that build community, as well as partner and customer co-marketing that extends our reach into new markets. You'll report to our Head of Growth Marketing and work closely with our VP of Marketing on events and partner activations.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a critical function that will support our growth and expansion.
Within a year you are successful if…
- You've independently planned and executed 10+ webinars that generated measurable net-new pipeline, with a repeatable process you can run and improve on your own
- Marketing-sourced pipeline from your campaigns has grown quarter-over-quarter
- You've produced 3+ lead magnets (guides, benchmark reports, research pieces) that are driving inbound lead volume and fueling demand gen and sales outreach
- Partner and customer co-marketing is running at a steady cadence. At least 3 co-marketing moments per month (joint webinars, co-branded content, case studies, cross-promotion)
- Marketing attribution and reporting is clear. You can tell the team which campaigns drove which pipeline, and you use that data to inform what comes next
- Sales enablement materials are current and useful. The GTM team has what they need to speak to our prospects and customers in ways that clarify the value we deliver

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Will Be Doing
- Own marketing performance reporting: pipeline attribution, campaign ROI, and dashboards, working closely with RevOps to improve measurement and reporting in Hubspot
- Plan, promote, and execute webinars end-to-end — from topic selection and speaker coordination through promotion, hosting, and post-event nurture sequences
- Build and distribute lead magnets that resonate with our target buyers: compliance leaders, heads of payments, and product teams at FIs and fintechs launching digital asset products
- Write content — blog posts, case studies, customer stories — that builds credibility with institutional buyers
- Coordinate and execute partner co-marketing programs, delivering joint webinars, co-branded content, and cross-promotion
- Support event marketing — helping plan and execute Notabene's presence at industry conferences, side events, and community gatherings
- Keep sales enablement materials (one-pagers, slide decks, battle cards) current and useful
- Manage and coordinate external vendors across SEO, performance marketing, design, and web — keeping workstreams on track and on brief
- Adapt templated design assets for campaigns, events, and social promotion
What You Bring
- You write well. Blog posts, email copy, landing pages — you can draft clean, professional copy without heavy editing, and you know the difference between informative and actually interesting to read
- You've worked in HubSpot or similar marketing automation and are comfortable building workflows, segmenting lists, and pulling reports
- You're comfortable with basic design work — editing templates in Canva or Figma, adapting graphics from the design team, producing quick social assets without waiting on a designer
- You understand marketing attribution and have opinions about measuring what's working, even when the data isn't clean
- You use AI tools responsibly to work faster — whether that's drafting copy, analyzing data, or automating repetitive tasks — and you know when human judgment needs to take over
- You thrive in small teams where you own the outcome, not just the task
