WHAT WE DO AT REFLECT DIGITAL?
Reflect Digital is the digital marketing agency your customers will thank you for hiring.
Putting our client’s customers first, we work closely with ambitious global brands and eCommerce businesses looking to elevate their marketing and move towards true customer centricity. We help these companies to unleash their digital performance and grow revenue by leveraging human insights and psychological nudges to optimise strategies.
We believe end-customers do not care what channel they find their solution(s) via. The key for brands is to deliver the right message, at the right time in the right place, having built enough of a relationship and trust with the user to drive action or conversion. This is why a deeper understanding of your customer’s journeys, drivers and motivations is needed if you want to deliver exponential growth.
Since we were founded in 2011, we’ve received many awards and recognitions, including BIMA Agency Of The Year 2024, Campaign's 3rd Best Place to Work in 2025, Employer of the Year, and Best Integrated Campaign (Large) 2024 with Brakes, among others, demonstrating both our commitment to our team and delivering truly strategic campaigns for our clients.
THE ROLE
Are you a commercially sharp, high-energy relationship builder ready to hold the keys to an agency's growth?
As our Growth Marketing Consultant, you won’t just be managing a pipeline—you will be the strategic engine of new business at Reflect Digital. Working directly alongside our CEO, Marketing Director, Strategy VPs, and Heads of Department, you will have genuine influence over how we scale. You'll help to orchestrate the entire sales journey: transforming hot inbound leads into massive wins, shaping compelling pitch narratives, and commanding the room during presentations.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking squad of digital specialists who genuinely believe that “new business is everybody's business.” There are no silos here - the whole agency has your back.
But it gets better. Beyond driving agency wins, you will spearhead sponsorship revenue for our national Aspiration Digital conference. This means your commercial success directly funds a life-changing programme designed to inspire and launch the careers of the next generation of digital talent.
If you want a role where your commercial hustle translates directly to massive agency growth, social impact, and an enviable 4-day work week, you’ve just found it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Responsibilities
Agency New Business
- Own the Pipeline: Act as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries, qualifying leads through sharp discovery conversations to ensure an ideal client fit.
- Lead the Pitch: Mastermind compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch decks. You’ll assemble the pitch team, shape the story, and lead the delivery in the room.
- Drive Outreach: Proactively identify and pursue outbound leads through LinkedIn, strategic partnerships, and networking at industry events.
- Protect the Margin: Infuse commercial thinking into our pricing and proposals, ensuring we demonstrate undeniable value while protecting agency margins.
- Champion the Culture: Keep the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) pristine and rally the wider agency around a culture of "new business is everybody's business."
Aspiration Digital – Sponsorship Sales
- Identify, approach, and secure prospective corporate sponsors aligned with the national growth and mission of the Aspiration Digital conference.
- Manage sponsor relationships end-to-end, from initial outreach to agreement and activation.
Marketing & Thought Leadership
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to execute targeted outreach programmes (email campaigns, events, webinars, and content downloads).
- Contribute to our thought leadership voice by participating in blogs, guides, reports, and podcasts.
What We're Looking For
- B2B Sales Savvy: Proven experience managing a sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals within a B2B services or agency environment.
- Exceptional Communication: You are equally comfortable crafting a beautiful, persuasive pitch deck as you are delivering it confidently to a room of stakeholders.
- Commercial Acumen: You think strategically about value and pricing.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: You have a solid baseline understanding of performance marketing and can speak credibly about what we do.
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable working with Google Workspace, CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), and collaboration tech like Slack, Productive, and Miro.
- Proactive Mindset: You are a self-starter who hunts for opportunity rather than waiting for it to land.
- Agency experience: Experience of working in an agency is crucial for this role.

- Generating £500k of new business revenue annually.
