Growth Marketing Director

£140,000–£160,000 + Bonus + Benefits
London | Hybrid (4 days per week)

We're partnering with a well-funded, high-growth technology business looking to hire a Growth Marketing Director to lead the next phase of its growth journey.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a significant marketing budget, build a modern growth function and shape the strategy behind customer acquisition, activation and long-term commercial growth.

You'll work closely with Product, Commercial, Data and Executive Leadership to drive measurable business impact, balancing short-term performance with long-term growth initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, lifecycle and retention.
  • Build and scale a high-performing growth marketing team.
  • Develop a multi-channel acquisition strategy across paid media, SEO, CRM, partnerships, referrals and emerging channels.
  • Partner closely with Product to optimise onboarding, conversion and customer activation.
  • Own marketing investment, forecasting, attribution and commercial performance.
  • Lead experimentation across customer journeys, pricing, messaging and conversion optimisation.
  • Use data, insight and customer behaviour to prioritise growth opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance and Data to deliver sustainable commercial growth.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience leading Growth or Demand Generation within a high-growth technology business.
  • Strong commercial mindset with ownership of marketing budgets, forecasting and revenue performance.
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing marketing teams.
  • Deep understanding of acquisition, lifecycle marketing, experimentation and conversion optimisation.
  • Comfortable working closely with Product teams to improve customer journeys and drive product-led growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to influence business decisions.
  • Experience across multiple digital acquisition channels and modern marketing technology.
