CreatePay is a leading provider of payment solutions, helping small and medium-sized businesses across the UK streamline their payment processes.
We're looking for a creative, proactive and organised Growth Marketing Executive to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. There is the potential for this contract to be extended, subject to business requirements, although this cannot be guaranteed.
Working closely with the Director of Growth, you will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of our marketing activity across the business. This varied role offers the opportunity to plan and deliver campaigns, manage digital marketing channels, create engaging content and collaborate with teams across the organisation to support business growth.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a culture of growth, collaboration and inclusivity across the business.
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders while supporting the continued growth of the business.
- Stay up to date with payment industry trends, competitor activity and CreatePay's products and services.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns across digital, print and events.
- Create and manage marketing content and collateral, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Manage website content and updates using WordPress, supporting ongoing SEO improvements and user engagement.
- Manage social media activity and support the planning and execution of outbound email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market, customer and competitor research, using insights to support marketing activity and report on campaign performance.
- Coordinate exhibitions, events, promotions and trade shows from planning through to delivery.
- Work closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure marketing activity is delivered effectively.
- Maintain marketing calendars, budgets and administrative processes.
- Monitor the performance of Value Added Services marketing campaigns and contribute towards achieving agreed revenue objectives.

Success Measures
Success in this role will be measured through:
- Successful planning and delivery of outbound email marketing campaigns.
- Increased website traffic, engagement and brand awareness.
- Supporting the achievement of agreed Value Added Services revenue targets.
- Delivery of agreed marketing objectives with positive trends across key performance indicators (KPIs).

Experience
We're looking for someone who has:
- At least two years' experience in a marketing role, such as Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, Campaign Marketing, Growth Marketing or a similar position.
- Experience planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience working within a fast-paced business where priorities can change quickly.
- A proactive attitude with the confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience using marketing CRM platforms.
- Experience using content creation and design software such as Canva.
- Experience managing website content using WordPress.
- Knowledge of payment solutions or financial services would be advantageous but is not essential.
