I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is a hybrid role, with 2-3+ days expected in our London office near Warren Street.

You Will:

  • Own the UK and EU customer acquisition number across all marketing channels, with CAC, LTV, payback period, and funnel conversion as your core metrics.
  • Design and scale growth loops across the marketing funnel including paid, referrals, community and events with a clear view of what compounds and scales.
  • Translate product capabilities and pricing advantage into a narrative that positions Remitly Business as a challenger to incumbents.
  • Lead GTM for product launches with a focus on adoption and revenue impact, not just awareness. Drive shared outcomes with Product — you'll have a real seat in what we build and what's prioritized.
  • Build and develop our ICP profiles for UK and EU, leveraging deep understanding of customer expectations, culture, customer needs to tailor and localize our offers, value proposition, and reasons-to-believe.
  • Build and deploy AI agent workflows across channels: research, content production, performance reporting, competitive monitoring. Manage those agents the way you'd manage a team.

You Have:

  • 10+ years in growth, performance marketing, and/or product marketing in fintech, e-commerce, or payments industries with demonstrated SMB acquisition experience at scale.
  • A UK & EU growth number you've directly owned and CAC efficiency, retention curves, and payback period data you can speak to.
  • At least one 0→1 acquisition engine you built from scratch, with a clear story about what compounded, what you killed, and what you'd do differently.
  • 3+ durable acquisition channels you've scaled across paid, SEO, partnerships, community-led, or PLG.
  • The cross-functional experience to drive shared outcomes with Product - accountability for adoption and revenue impact, not just marketing strategy and execution.
  • Fluency with AI as a productivity layer and a point of view on where agent workflows change what's possible in growth operations.
