About White Coco

White Coco is a British boutique brand founded in 2011 with a single shop in Hungerford, Berkshire. Since then, we’ve expanded to include beautiful stores on the King’s Road (Chelsea), Summertown (Oxford) and Harrogate (North Yorkshire). Known for our welcoming atmosphere, stylish product range, and beautiful in-store displays, we’ve become a beloved feature on the high streets we call home.

Our three Unique Selling Points:

  • People: Warm, personal customer service and one-on-one styling that creates a truly lovely in-shop experience.
  • Price Point: Fabulous quality at affordable prices – we make style accessible without compromising on quality.
  • Point of Difference: Unique, handpicked styles that are rarely found elsewhere.

As White Coco continues to grow, we're investing in the next phase of our journey. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful independent retailer at a key stage of development, helping to accelerate our online growth while maintaining the authentic brand experience that our customers love. We're looking to build sustainably and thoughtfully, growing our reach, customer base and digital presence while staying true to what makes White Coco special.

The Role

We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded and creative Growth Marketing Manager to lead the growth of White Coco's e-commerce business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, improving conversion, increasing customer retention and helping shape the future of our digital presence.

Reporting to the COO and working closely with the CEO, developer and wider team, you'll take ownership of our digital marketing activity, identify opportunities for growth, and bring new ideas to life. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where initiative, accountability and creativity are valued. We don't expect deep expertise in every area. What matters most is a strong growth mindset, demonstrable strengths in two or three core channels, and a willingness to learn and develop in others.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
