About Kingsgate

Kingsgate is a holding company that invests in and buys IT Services businesses and holds them indefinitely. Founded in 2025 by Arjun Shastri and Jamish Vekeria, we are backed by permanent capital and industry veterans, including the Co-Founder of Axcient and early backers of Kaseya, who share our long-term vision of building a market-leading group. This is an exciting time for Kingsgate as it expands its presence in the UK and starts to establish its founding team members.

Our approach is rooted in a commitment to operational and service excellence. We seek to invest in and buy businesses with deep customer relationships, and focus on preserving the teams, cultures and service models that have delivered this historical success. We are driven by a people-first mindset that guides us as we pair high-velocity M&A execution with best-in-class operations.

Role Overview

As the Growth Marketing Manager for Kingsgate, you will own and drive growth across marketing channels for the businesses we acquire. You will be responsible for generating qualified demand for our portfolio companies - building the inbound engine that turns websites and content into a steady flow of leads, and running the outbound activity that puts each business in front of the right audiences. Strategically, you will design a repeatable growth playbook that can be applied to each new acquisition, leverage supplier and partner relationships to unlock co-marketing budget, and make sure every company has a clear, measurable pipeline of marketing-qualified leads.

Responsibilities

Brand & Positioning

  • Develop and own a clear brand, positioning and messaging framework for each business
  • Sharpen each company's value proposition and differentiation to support demand generation and win rates

Inbound Growth & Demand Generation

  • Optimise the websites of portfolio companies for conversion, SEO / AEO and lead capture, driving a consistent flow of inbound enquiries
  • Plan, create and publish content (articles, landing pages, case studies, email, media) and organise webinars that attract and convert prospects for each business
  • Own the SMB lead-generation funnel end to end, from first visit through to marketing-qualified lead, and ensure leads are passed cleanly to each company's sales process
  • Manage the social media accounts for each business, building organic presence and engagement across the portfolio, leaning on the team for content

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
